Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy – Clarity and Connection Within

At Clarity and Connection Within, we value the time and energy dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing space for your healing and transformation. To honor the commitment between us, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:

Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice

  • A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within less than 48 hours of your appointment may result in a full-service charge unless extenuating circumstances arise.

No-Show Policy

  • If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and fail to provide notice (a “No Show”), an invoice for the full-service rate will be issued without exception.

  • Payment of this invoice is required within 21 days before a new appointment can be scheduled.

Charmaine’s Commitment & Unforeseen Cancellations

  • Charmaine dedicates precious time and energy in the studio space to ensure you receive the best experience. If for any reason—including weather conditions (for safety reasons), illness, or an emergency—Charmaine needs to cancel or reschedule, you will be notified as soon as possible.

  • In such cases, every effort will be made to reschedule your session at the earliest convenience.
